Dear Blue Goose Farm CSA Members,

With some experimentation over the weekend as to how to use celery in ways other than as veggie sticks for dip, ants on a log, stuffing, or Waldorf Salad, we found one delicious alternative way to not waste those fabulous leafy celery greens - PESTO! After our discoveries with garlic scape pesto and kale pesto, we think pesto may be the new way to use loads of any kind of leafy greens to avoid juicing them (yea, green juice is not for everyone!).

We apologize for any confusion you may have experienced while trying last week's recipe for Steamed Beets with Sautéed Greens. Here's the correct version of the recipe - Steamed Beets.
