Dear Blue Goose Farm CSA Members,

We hope everyone enjoyed a pleasantly beautiful Labor Day Weekend. You gotta love those cool early mornings that make you feel like you can conquer the day! Around the farm, much can get accomplished well before 10AM on days like these.

Enjoy the splendidness of this week's box.  We offer two delicious recipes this week, one for our beloved butternut squash and one for our beloved basil.  And for those newer CSA members who may be intimidated by winter squash, we offer a picture tutorial on how to prep and cut a butternut squash.
